200mm Glam Purse Kit

This framed handbag can be elegant for evenings, stylish for special ocasions or cute in a cafe.  It can be plain and smooth or draped with pleats or gathers.  How ever you make it, it's ALWAYS glamorous.

KIT CONTAINS: (Not supplied if purchased as pattern-only):

Pattern, Instruction booklet,
200mm curved purse frame (with stitch holes), 85cm x 30cm medium-heavy interfacing
85cm x 30cm medium-heavy fusible wadding, 85cm x 30cm light fusible interfacing  

YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Seed beads to match the frame or your fabric (and a needle that fine enough to pass through them)
Polyester thread to match fabric/beads
85cm x 30cm fabric for the purse body PLUS 85cm x 30cm fabric for lining
90cm x 55cm fabric for draped overlay (if using)

For the (optional) base: 14 x 25cm Peltex or Fast2Fuse.
For the (optional) strap/handle: 50cm x (8mm)polyester boning, purse chain
 or 1m piping cord (you'll only use 50cm of it)
HANDY TOOLS:  Tailors awl, fabric marker, duckbill (appliqué) scissors, pinking shears.
