Tailors Awl

The handiest little tool in the kit when you're sewing tricky bits.  It's the sharp, pointy finger (or movable pin) that you've always wanted when you're sitting at the sewing machine.

Get up close and personal to the needle and hold fabric right where you want to be sewn!  An awl gives you lots more control while you sew straps, binding and anything too fiddly to pin.
