Suitable for basic, intermediate and confident sewing skills.  Not suited to absolute beginners.

WHAT TO BRING

• YOU SEW GIRL! Large Tote Pattern if you have it (otherwise may purchase it in class).  PLEASE CUT OUT THE PAPER  PATTERN SO THAT IT IT READY TO USE.
• Sewing machine (with zipper foot, spare machine needles and bobbins).  Alternatively, book one of ours for your use in class.
• Basic sewing kit including pins, fabric marker/chalk, fabric scissors and paper scissors.
• ZIPPERS - (Use dress zippers rather than chunky)
  2 x 35cm-40cm zippers to match (or contrast, if preferred) with the outer fabric of your bag
  2 x 15cm - 20cm zippers to match (or contrast, if preferred) with your lining fabric
• FABRIC FOR THE BAG
  1m medium weight, woven fabric
  OPTIONAL  - interfacing and fusible wadding (this may be purchased in class, as needed)
  50cm to 1m cotton fabric for lining
• Thread to match all fabrics

 It will save time in class if you pre-cut the lining pieces of the bag.

Tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks will be provided.  Please bring your lunch. There is a microwave, toaster, oven and sandwich toaster available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
$25 cancellation fee applies to all bookings that are cancelled after payment is made.  Full refund (minus cancellation fee and materials sent) for bookings cancelled with more than 7 days notice. 50% refund for 7-3 days notice. No refund on any less than 3 days notice.
