This slimline shoulder bag sits snugly under your arm as you weave your way through city crowds. It has a zippered closure at the top for added security. It's a real city-slicker!

You will learn to insert a zip on a curve, make internal compartment and zip pockets and stabilise the bag base. You'll also learn how to attach straps on a "boxed corner" seam. (And if you didn't already know, you'll ALSO learn what a "boxed corner" is!!).

Vary the straps, fabrics and embellishments* to make a bag to match every outfit!

Bag Size 30cm (highest point) x 34cm x 10cm. Strap length is variable.

MATERIALS LIST - What you will need

Upholstery weight microfibre suede-look fabric requires no interfacing. This City Bag has an applique' patch with a machine-embroidered design.

The bag has a Fast2Fuse Base.

Japanese embossed cotton City Bag with flat O-rings and eyelets in the strap. The bag also has a structured base with purse feet.

The light fabric is given structure with medium-light interfacing and light (630) fusible wadding.

Clothing weight microfibre suede-look fabric with flat o-rings in the straps and a cotton print overlay.

The light fabric is given structure with medium-light interfacing and light (630) fusible wadding.

The bag has a Fast2Fuse Base.
